Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or related field with strong RF background.
• Experience with RF components and subsystems including T/R modules, antennas, filters, and transceivers.
• Ability to develop and verify system requirements and test plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead small multi-disciplinary teams to design, build, and test RF hardware systems.
• Quantify goals, performance objectives, metrics, dependencies, and risks.
• Lead RF hardware design and guide components selection and specifications.
• Oversee integration and test of RF systems including hardware, software, and UI.
• Collaborate with mechanical, software, and test teams to troubleshoot issues.
• Develop test concepts, perform simulations, and conduct performance analyses.
