Job summary

TSC, Radar & Precision Weapons Division, located in Huntsville, AL, is seeking a Systems Engineer focused on requirements development and management to support system architecture, verification planning, and interface control drawings. The role requires clear communication and teamwork within a DoD-focused environment.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, with 0-3 years of experience; DoD clearance and U.S. citizenship are mandatory.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, or Engineering related field.
0-3 years experience.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to communicate technical information with writing/editing skills.
Ability to work within a multi-disciplined engineering team.
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance.
U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

Support cross-functional teams to develop system level architecture and requirements to include performance, functional and interface requirements.
Allocate and decompose system level requirements to lower-level subsystem/assembly specifications.
Plan and trace requirement verification activities and results.
Develop and deliver Specifications, ICDs, analysis reports and presentations.
