Job summary

Berkeley, MO-based Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) seeks a Tactical RF Sensors Subsystem Lead Engineer to oversee the sensor team for an Air Dominance Fixed Wing program. You will coordinate agile engineering activities, translate requirements into RF hardware/software designs, and drive technical excellence across the subsystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field.
• 9+ years of related work experience with a degree or equivalent.
• Experience leading a team of engineers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily engineering activity for a subsystem team using agile tools.
• Provide technical leadership and drive engineering excellence across the subsystem.
• Approve technical approaches and oversee subsystem engineering.
• Develop and document complex RF sensor system requirements with customers.
• Translate requirements into system/hardware/software designs and interfaces.
