Job summary

The Boeing Company in Berkeley, MO is seeking a Mission Systems Sensors and Core Avionics Senior Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary team on the AP2 program. You will shepherd RF, EO, and Core Avionics systems from design through integration, driving technical integrity and risk management while coordinating with customers and suppliers.

Ideal candidates will have a BS in engineering and 5+ years of engineering leadership, with PMBPs and EVM experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of engineering leadership experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience applying PM practices including EVM.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in RF, EO, and Core Avionics on AP2 program.
• Drive programmatic execution and communicate metrics.
• Interface with customers and Boeing program office teams.
• Provide technical management of supplier execution.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across systems.
