Job summary

The Boeing Company is seeking a Lead Electrophysics Engineer (Level 5) to support RF payload products in California across Huntington Beach, Seal Beach, or El Segundo. You will lead SEIT teams, own technical RF integration, and drive performance analyses for radar systems through all lifecycle stages.

The ideal candidate has a strong RF/Radar background, TS/SCI clearance, 9+ years experience, and a track record in design, integration, and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required; U.S. Citizenship required.
• 9+ years of related work experience or equivalent.
• 5+ years of radar theory/design or SIGINT tech.
• Willingness to participate in business development and EVM processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise across radar-related activities including performance and trade studies.
• Oversee development and implementation of radar signal image processing techniques.
• Perform system engineering and integration of Radar Warning Receivers (RWR).
• Develop concept of operations for RF products.
• Perform mission design and payload effectiveness analysis.
• Lead technical teams, including subcontractors, for hardware and processing algorithms.
• Support systems in test or operation including anomaly detection and resolution.
• Develop and execute capability roadmaps for assigned products.
