Job summary

Raytheon’s Effector RF Products Team in Tucson, AZ is seeking a skilled Engineer to design and package RF hardware including antennas, RF circuit cards, radomes, and test equipment. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, guide technical direction, and align requirements with program leadership and customers.

Requires a bachelor’s in STEM and at least 10 years of related experience; strong CAD/3D design capabilities and GD&T proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) required. Other requirements include 3D CAD design experience and GD&T knowledge.
• Experience leading RF mechanical product development across lifecycles, including antennas, radomes, and RF test equipment.
• Ability to mentor/coach teams and coordinate across programs and customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design activities involving RF hardware.
• Lead multidiscipline teams and provide technical oversight.
• Conduct trade studies and develop forward plans ensuring cost, schedule, and performance targets are met.
