RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking an experienced RF design engineer for hands-on development of transmitters, receivers, and exciters. The role requires a STEM degree and 10+ years of RF experience, with access to industry tools and lab work to verify designs.

The position is onsite with strongest preference for candidates who can obtain interim U.S. government clearance and who can collaborate across disciplines to meet program goals.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s in STEM and 10+ years RF design experience.
• RF design, RF test and troubleshooting, and RF product simulation.
• Experience with Mentor DX, HFSS, SystemVue/Genesys or ADS.

Mansioni

• Design and development of transmitters, receivers or exciters.
• Design CCAs with RF or mixed signals.
• Lab work for component characterization and module verification.
• Test and handle sensitive RF hardware.
• Schematic capture and RF routing.
• Collaborate with power, digital, and mechanical teams.
