Qualifications
- Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
- Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification.
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
Responsibilities
- Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
- Supervise customer service levels and programs at the retail showroom.
- Assist store manager in staffing, goal setting, coaching and training.
- Participate in hiring, interviewing, and candidate evaluation with management.
- Ensure orders and transfers are processed timely and customers informed on shipments.
