Job summary

Prime Communications, the largest authorized AT&T retailer in the U.S., is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Miami Beach, FL. You will lead a high-performing sales team, coach staff, and oversee store operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities include coaching, recruiting, merchandising, and executing company initiatives with district support. Competitive base salary with bonus, plus benefits such as medical, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• 6+ months of retail management or leadership experience.
• 1-2+ years of retail, sales, or customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience while promoting AT&T products and services.
• Drive store performance through coaching, role-playing, and performance management.
• Recruit, train, and develop future leaders while creating a positive, engaging work environment.
• Manage daily store operations, merchandising, inventory, scheduling, and operational compliance.
• Partner with your District Manager to execute company initiatives, product launches, and business strategies.
• Build strong relationships within your local community while representing the AT&T brand.
