Prime Communications, LP in Williamsburg, Virginia, is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead a high-performing team at an AT&T Authorized Retailer, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will coach and develop staff, oversee daily store operations, inventory, scheduling, and compliance, and collaborate with the District Manager on initiatives, launches, and growth opportunities.

Competenze

• 6+ months of retail management or leadership experience.
• 1–2+ years of retail, sales, or customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and travel to nearby store locations when needed.
• Successful completion of AT&T and Prime Communications training.
