Job summary

Prime Communications, the largest authorized AT&T retailer in the U.S., is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead a high-performing team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences across a busy store.

You will coach assistants, manage daily operations, and partner with the District Manager on initiatives, product launches, and community relations, with a competitive base salary and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of retail management or leadership experience.
• 1-2+ years in retail, sales, or customer service.
• Must be at least 18 and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to meet or exceed goals.
• Deliver outstanding customer experience while promoting AT&T products and services.
• Drive store performance through coaching, role-playing, and performance management.
• Recruit, train, and develop future leaders.
• Manage daily store operations, merchandising, inventory, scheduling, and compliance.
• Partner with District Manager to execute initiatives and product launches.
