Job summary

AT&T in Miami seeks a Retail Store Manager-3 to oversee daily store operations, merchandising, and product launches while driving sales and service excellence. You will coach a team of retail sales consultants to meet and exceed goals and ensure best-in-class customer experiences.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of sales or customer experience in telecommunications, prior management, and strong planning and communication skills. Bilingual Spanish and English is a plus.

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Strong planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across initiatives.
