Prime Communications, the largest AT&T Authorized Retailer in the U.S., seeks a Retail Store Manager to lead a high-performing sales team and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will drive store performance, coach staff, manage daily operations, and coordinate with district leadership to execute initiatives and product launches.

Eligible candidates have retail leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to growth.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of retail management or leadership experience.
• 1-2+ years of retail, sales, or customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience while promoting AT&T products and services.
• Drive store performance through effective coaching, role-playing, and performance management.
• Recruit, train, and develop future leaders while creating a positive, engaging work environment.
• Manage daily store operations, merchandising, inventory, scheduling, and operational compliance.
• Partner with your District Manager to execute company initiatives, product launches, and business strategies.
• Ensure operational excellence while protecting company assets and maintaining policy compliance.
• Build strong relationships within your local community while representing the AT&T brand.
