Prime Communications—renewed as the largest AT&T authorized retailer in the U.S.—is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead a high-performing sales team, coach staff, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while building a leadership career.

You'll drive store performance, develop future leaders, manage operations, and partner with District leadership on initiatives and product launches, all while maintaining brand standards and assets.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of retail management or leadership experience.
• 1-2+ years of retail, sales, or customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours weekly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand long periods and lift up to 10 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and travel to nearby stores as needed.
• Must complete AT&T and Prime Communications training.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to meet goals.
• Deliver outstanding customer experience while promoting AT&T products.
• Drive store performance through coaching and performance management.
• Recruit, train, and grow future leaders in the store.
• Manage daily operations, merchandising, inventory, and scheduling.
• Collaborate with District Manager on initiatives and launches.
• Ensure policy compliance and protect company assets.
