Job summary

Prime Communications in Plantation, Florida is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead a high-performing sales team and drive customer satisfaction while promoting AT&T products and services.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of retail management or leadership experience.
• 1-2+ years of retail, sales, or customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and travel to nearby stores when needed.
• Must complete AT&T and Prime Communications training.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve sales goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience while promoting AT&T products and services.
• Drive store performance through coaching, role-playing, and performance management.
• Recruit, train, and develop future leaders and maintain a positive work environment.
• Manage daily store operations, merchandising, inventory, scheduling, and compliance.
• Partner with District Manager to execute company initiatives and launches.
• Build relationships within the local community and represent the AT&T brand.
