Job summary

Prime Communications, the largest AT&T authorized retailer in the U.S., is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Williamsburg, Virginia. You will lead a high-performing team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while advancing your leadership career.

You will develop leaders, manage daily operations, and partner with District leadership on initiatives. A competitive base salary with performance-based bonuses, plus benefits and employee discounts, are offered.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of retail management or leadership experience.
• 1-2+ years of retail, sales, or customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 10 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to nearby store locations as needed.
• Must complete AT&T and Prime Communications training.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and promote AT&T products.
• Drive store performance through coaching, role-playing, and performance management.
• Recruit, train, and develop future leaders and foster a positive work environment.
• Manage daily store operations, merchandising, inventory, scheduling, and compliance.
• Collaborate with District Manager on initiatives, launches, and strategies.
• Protect assets and ensure policy compliance while representing the brand.
