Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 2+ years of specialized experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates consultative behaviors to ensure friendly, expert service.
• Manages production flow to ensure on-time orders.
• Takes orders, provides pricing, and recommends FedEx Office products.
• Leads digital imaging and large job management.
• Sets up complex orders and multitasks.
• Ensures quality during and after production.
• Coordinates pick-up and delivery of orders.
• May provide leadership to team members on shift.
• Assists in training store team members.
• Operates POS and handles financial transactions.
• Completes financial paperwork and aids reporting.
• Follows SOPs, safety and security policies.
• Coordinates shipping services and informs customers of routes and rates.
• Maintains shipping supplies inventory.
• Assembles parcels and prepares items for shipping.
• All other duties as needed.
