Job summary

Dollar General Corporation is hiring a Lead Sales Associate to help run a clean, customer-focused store. You will assist customers, operate registers, stock merchandise, and maintain displays while supporting the Store Manager in daily operations.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also lead in the Store Manager's absence and help protect company assets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Six months supervisory experience or related training.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating and purchasing merchandise.
• Operate cash register and process transactions.
• Stock, rotate, and display merchandise; maintain store cleanliness.
• Open/close store under direction of manager.
• Follow planograms and safeguard company assets.
• Perform duties when Store Manager or Assistant Manager is absent.
