You may perform duties of a Sales Associate and lead in the Store Manager's absence. The role requires teamwork, accurate cash handling, planogram compliance, and a commitment to store profitability and asset

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; six months supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to operate IBM cash register and process payments.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read planograms and merchandise presentation guidance.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and assist customers.
• Operate cash register and complete transactions.
• Stock, rotate, and display merchandise; build displays.
• Keep store clean and organized; open/close per Store Manager.
• Support store leadership in the absence of the Store Manager.
