Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assist with store operations and product inquiries, and ensure positive customer experiences.
• Train and supervise team members, and meet production standards for sorting, pricing, and stocking merchandise.
• Properly process donations, sort according to guidelines, rotate products, and track inventory using basic calculations.
• Assist with scheduling, day-to-day operations, inventory management, and statistical reporting.
