Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience, vendor relations, or maintenance issues.
• Provide performance feedback to managers and teammates.
• Lead in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of products, policies, and store strategies.
• Set daily goals/directions for the shift.
• Perform opening/closing routines and handle shipments.
• Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs and making personalized recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution, visual merchandising, and marketing placements.
