Job summary

The Art Source, Inc. dba CocoNene at Ala Moana Shopping Center is seeking a Lead Sales Associate to set the tone for the store with warmth, strong sales leadership, and exceptional guest experiences.

This on-site, full-time role blends hospitality, coaching, and teamwork to keep the floor energized and welcoming. You will guide flow, coach teammates, run huddles, and protect our energy, standards, and Hawai‘i-made product focus.

• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and late hours (Ala Moana is open as early as 9am and end as late as 9 pm).
• Lead Sales Associates are expected to help during major holiday and high-volume periods.

Responsibilities

• Direct floor coverage and team focus throughout the day.
• Run huddles, communicate priorities, and keep the team aligned.

• Protect store standards, visual presentation, and overall experience.
• Help newer team members feel confident and supported.
• Demonstrate awareness, initiative, and teamwork.
• Respond quickly to guest opportunities with confidence.
• Support promotions, wrapping standards, and daily operations.
• Communicate patterns, concerns, and opportunities to leadership.
• Maintain positive, collaborative, fun culture in the store.
