Job summary

CocoNene International Market Place is seeking an experienced Guest Experience Lead to direct the flagship store floor in Hawaiʻi. You will actively engage guests, drive product storytelling and coach teammates to deliver strong sales and service.

You'll manage floor coverage and priorities as guest needs shift, lead huddles, and support opening/closing, with opportunities for growth within The Art Source, Inc. High‑volume hospitality experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in retail, hospitality or another high‑volume guest‑facing environment.
• Demonstrated experience guiding, training or coaching others; a management title is not required.
• Strong guest‑service and sales skills with clear, respectful direction.

Responsibilities

• Model active guest engagement, product storytelling and effective selling.
• Direct floor coverage and priorities as traffic and guest needs change.
• Coach teammates in the moment and provide constructive feedback.
• Lead huddles and connect conversion metrics to practical actions.
• Support opening/closing, register operations and store presentation.
