Job summary

The Art Source, Inc. dba CocoNene, Pictures Plus & Plus Interiors is seeking an experienced Guest Experience Lead for our CocoNene International Market Place store in Hawaiʻi.

You will lead the floor, engage guests, tell product stories and coach teammates to deliver great service and sales results. You’ll direct floor priorities, model best practices, and help teammates grow through coaching during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in retail, hospitality or another high‑volume guest‑facing environment.
• Demonstrated experience guiding, training or coaching others.
• Strong guest‑service and sales skills with clear direction.
• Awareness of floor dynamics and sound judgment under pressure.
• Reliability, composure and follow‑through.
• Willingness to receive coaching and improve leadership.
• Interest in local art, Hawaiʻi manufacturing and our products.

Responsibilities

• Model active guest engagement, product storytelling and effective selling.
• Help direct floor coverage and priorities as traffic changes.
• Recognize where interactions or floor execution need improvement and coach teammates.
• Lead huddles and connect conversion and sales metrics to actions.
• Support opening/closing, register operations, replenishment and store presentation.
• Provide clear shift handoffs and share guest feedback with management.
• Help lead the floor when managers are unavailable within assigned responsibilities.
