The Art Source, Inc. invites applications for the Guest Experience Lead at CocoNene, located in the International Market Place, Honolulu. This hands-on leadership role focuses on active floor presence, guest interaction, selling, and guiding teammates through busy periods.

You will help direct floor coverage, coach staff, and contribute to a high-energy, guest-focused shopping experience in our flagship Hawaii store.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or hospitality with high guest volume.
• Experience guiding, training or coaching others; leadership experience is a plus.
• Strong guest-service and sales skills with confidence giving clear, respectful direction.

Responsibilities

• Model active guest engagement, product storytelling and effective selling.
• Direct floor coverage and priorities as traffic and guest needs change.
• Coach teammates in-the-moment and lead quick, constructive feedback.
