The Art Source, Inc. is hiring a Lead Sales Associate for CocoNene at Ala Moana Shopping Center in Honolulu, Hawaii. This role blends hospitality, leadership, coaching, and guest experience in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will guide store flow, support teammates, and deliver meaningful guest experiences while upholding our energy, standards, and culture. Pay ranges from $22–$25 per hour, plus benefits.

• Protect store standards, visual presentation, and overall experience.
• Help newer team members feel confident and supported.
• Model awareness, initiative, and teamwork.
• Step into guest opportunities quickly and confidently.
• Support promotions, wrapping standards, and daily operations.
• Communicate patterns and concerns to leadership.
