Scott Humphrey Corporation seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our Indianapolis team. You will lead retail and commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion, developing schedules, budgets, and plans.

Coordinate subcontractors, architects, engineers, and field personnel to ensure quality and timely delivery. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction project management, with retail or commercial project experience and GC/General Contractor

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Retail or commercial construction project experience required.
• GC/General Contractor experience preferred.
• Experience managing projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Strong understanding of construction plans, contracts, scheduling, and budgets.
• Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction software experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage retail and commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and overall project plans.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and field personnel.
• Review drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and contracts.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Monitor project costs, billing, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Lead project meetings and maintain strong communication with owners and stakeholders.
• Identify potential project issues and develop solutions to keep projects on schedule.
• Work closely with the Superintendent and field team.
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety, schedule, and budget requirements.
• Manage punch list and final project closeout.
