Job summary

Scott Humphrey Corporation seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead ground-up industrial and manufacturing construction projects in Phoenix. You will own projects from concept through closeout, coordinating with owners, design teams and field leadership to ensure quality, schedule, and budget adherence.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of PM experience, design-build exposure, and a background in industrial or mission-critical sectors.

Qualifications

3–5+ years of construction project management experience.
Design-build construction experience preferred.
Industrial, manufacturing, or mission-critical experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
Strong communication, organization, leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Manage construction projects from inception through completion.
Oversee estimating, planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and project execution.
Support contract negotiations and proposal preparation.
Work with owners and design teams during early project development.
Develop accurate and complete project estimates.
Lead owner proposal meetings and provide value-engineering ideas.
Manage subcontractor selection and project buyout process.
Lead jobsite meetings and coordinate with stakeholders.
Organize and manage multiple project activities within quality, schedule and budget.
