Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Project Manager experience in retail construction.
• Experience managing projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting and project financial management.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial retail construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets and scopes of work.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors and vendors.
• Review plans, specifications, contracts and project documents.
• Monitor quality control and ensure work is completed per plans.
