• Minimum 5 years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience managing both ground-up construction and major renovation projects.
• Proven ability to deliver projects from award through occupancy.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and contract administration experience.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project teams.
• Local Milwaukee market experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of commercial construction projects.
