Job summary

Scott Humphrey Corporation seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead mission-critical construction projects from preconstruction through turnover. You will maintain a strong onsite presence, coordinating with Superintendents, trade partners, and design teams to keep safety, quality, and schedule on track.

The ideal candidate has 8-10+ years with a GC, strong leadership and client-management skills, and experience with data centers or similarly complex projects.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of construction project management with a general contractor.
• Strong leadership and client-management capabilities.
• Onsite leadership experience with field teams and trade partners.
• Experience with data centers, mission-critical facilities, or similarly complex projects preferred.
• Design-build experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead mission-critical construction projects from preconstruction through turnover.
• Maintain a consistent onsite presence and lead across all project activities.
• Partner with Superintendents to manage safety, quality, sequencing and schedule.
• Lead Project Managers, Assistant PMs, and Project Engineers.
• Manage client relationships and serve as primary contact.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, contracts, procurement, buyout, and change management.
• Lead onsite OAC, subcontractor, and internal project meetings.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, design teams, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Oversee long-lead equipment and complex MEP coordination.
• Identify project risks early and drive timely solutions.
• Ensure the project meets financial, schedule, safety, quality, and client expectations.
