The role requires strong interpersonal skills, ability to follow planograms, basic math, cash handling, and the stamina to work in a fast-paced retail environment. High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with supervisory exposure a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register and scanner to total purchases, collect payment, bag merchandise.
• Stock merchandise; rotate displays; build merchandise displays.
• Clean the store; take out trash; mop floors; clean restrooms and stockroom.
• Assist in planogram implementation and maintenance.
• Open and close the store under direction of the Store Manager.
• Perform duties in the absence of Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
