Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of supervisory or related experience preferred.
• Ability to read planograms and merchandise presentation guides.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register and scanner to total purchases and collect payment.
• Stock, restock and rotate merchandise; build displays.
• Clean the store; take out trash; dust and mop floors; clean restrooms/stockroom; sidewalk displays.
• Assist in implementation and maintenance of planograms.
• Open and close the store under direction of the Store Manager.
• Perform duties of Store Manager/Assistant Manager in their absence.
