Job summary

Dollar General Corporation is seeking a Lead Sales Associate for our Canton, OH store. You will help maintain a clean, well-organized environment, assist customers in locating and purchasing merchandise, and operate the cash register to process transactions.

You will stock and rotate merchandise, build displays, support planograms, and help open/close the store under the Store Manager's direction. In the absence of leadership, you may assume supervisory duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to follow planograms and merchandise presentation guides.
• Basic math, cash handling, and POS cash register skills.
• Willing to drive to the bank for deposits.

• Provide superior customer service leadership.
