Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred.
• Experience in customer service and cash handling is beneficial.
• Ability to read and follow planograms and merchandising guides.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register and scanner; total purchases and handle payments.
• Stock merchandise; build displays; restock and rotate items on shelves.
• Clean store; take out trash; maintain clean restrooms and stockroom.
• Assist in planogram implementation and store openings/closings.
• Perform duties in absence of Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
