Dollar General Corporation in Toledo, OH is seeking a Lead Sales Associate to help run a customer-first store. You will greet customers, assist with purchases, operate the register, stock shelves, and maintain a clean, organized environment while acting in a lead capacity in the store's absence.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, basic math, planogram adherence, and a commitment to safeguarding assets.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of supervisory experience or related training preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register and scanner to itemize and total purchases, collect payment, bag merchandise.
• Stock merchandise, restock and rotate on shelves, and build displays.
• Clean the store; take out trash; mop floors; clean restrooms and stockroom; assist with sidewalk displays.
• Assist in implementation and maintenance of planograms.
• Open and close the store under direction of the Store Manager.
• Perform duties of Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in their absence.
