Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret diagrams, safety rules, and procedures manuals.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers, and operate cash register and scanner to itemize the customer's purchase.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling employees, training, and safety meetings.
• Manage merchandise including receiving, stocking, rotating displays and planograms.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels by controlling damages, markdowns, scanning, and paperwork.
• Ensure cash handling integrity, refunds/overrides, and bank deposits are properly handled.
• Assist with store management in the Store Manager's absence.
