Job summary

Dry Force Corp. seeks a Lead Technician to supervise a team of restoration technicians on Tampa job sites. You will manage day-to-day operations, ensure safety and quality, and maintain a professional image while following SOPs.

You will report needs to the In-Home Sales Specialist and document progress in DASH, ensuring customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and at least some construction or water mitigation experience.

Qualifications

• Leadership to supervise a technicians team on restoration jobs.
• Strong focus on safety, SOP adherence, and quality workmanship.
• Customer service orientation and professional image on-site.
• Ability to report needs via DAS H and collaborate with sales contact.

Responsibilities

• Supervise technicians to complete projects on time and to spec.
• Ensure SOP and safety compliance across job sites.
• Perform demolition using hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Document drying progress with moisture meters and keep records.
• Communicate with In-Home Sales Specialist about additional services.
• Operate company vehicle and follow traffic laws and policies.
• Complete daily compliance tasks in DASH.
• Maintain attention to detail to deliver excellent service.
