Job summary

Dry Force Corp. is seeking a Lead Technician in Florida to lead a team of restoration technicians and oversee daily job-site operations. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and customer service, while ensuring SOPs are followed and professional conduct is maintained.

You will coordinate with the In-Home Sales Specialist for additional services and drive a company vehicle on-site. The position requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, ability to pass background/drug screening,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Strong customer service skills with a desire to help people in difficult situations.
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation.
• Strong work ethic with a commitment to learning, continuous improvement, and personal growth.
• Positive attitude with willingness to support others and contribute to a team environment.
• 1–2 years of experience in construction, plumbing, water mitigation, carpentry, or related fields preferred.
• IICRC certification is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of technicians to oversee job projects from start to finish.
• Ensure SOPs, safety, and professional image on job sites.
• Conduct safe, precise demolition using hand and power tools.
• Document drying progress with moisture meters and maintain thorough records.
• Report additional services needed to In-Home Sales Specialist.
• Operate a company vehicle in compliance with laws and policies.
• Complete daily compliance tasks in DASH.
• Maintain attention to detail to deliver excellent service.
