Job summary

DRYCOR RESTORE LLC is seeking a Lead Reconstruction Technician to manage and perform reconstruction work on large-scale residential and commercial losses in the Greater Tampa Bay Area. The role combines hands-on field work with leadership duties, directing crews to ensure safety and quality.

You will oversee demolition, structural repairs, and reconstruction while coordinating materials and schedules, and upholding OSHA and company safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; trade certifications or IICRC credentials preferred.
• Strong leadership and field-management skills.
• Experience in residential and commercial remodeling and restoration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform demolition, structural repair, and reconstruction.
• Lead crews and subcontractors to meet safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate materials, scheduling, and daily job-site operations.
• Enforce OSHA and company safety protocols.
• Support emergency response and storm deployment.
• Collaborate with Project Managers & clients to maintain timelines and client satisfaction.
