This role requires ensuring safety, adherence to SOPs, and maintaining quality standards. The successful candidate will have management experience, a high school diploma, and preferably an IICRC certification in water damage or mold remediation. Qualifications

Possess working knowledge or 1-2 years of experience related to construction, plumbing, water mitigation, and/or carpentry preferred.
Hold an IICRC certification in water damage or mold remediation preferred.
Valid driver's license required.
Responsibilities
Supervise a team of technicians to oversee job projects from start to finish.
Ensure that your team follows SOPs, maintaining safety and quality on job sites.
Conduct clean and safe demolition using hand and power tools.
Document drying progress accurately using moisture meters.
Communicate with clients about additional services needed.
Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites safely.
Complete daily compliance tasks in DASH.
Maintain attention to detail to ensure excellent customer service.
