Job summary

A restoration service company in Florida is seeking a Lead Technician to manage a team of technicians overseeing restoration projects. This role requires ensuring safety, adherence to SOPs, and maintaining quality standards. The successful candidate will have management experience, a high school diploma, and preferably an IICRC certification in water damage or mold remediation. Qualifications

• Have an attitude of continuous improvement and willingness to help others.
• Possess working knowledge or 1-2 years of experience related to construction, plumbing, water mitigation, and/or carpentry preferred.
• Hold an IICRC certification in water damage or mold remediation preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of technicians to oversee job projects from start to finish.
• Ensure that your team follows SOPs, maintaining safety and quality on job sites.
• Conduct clean and safe demolition using hand and power tools.
• Document drying progress accurately using moisture meters.
• Communicate with clients about additional services needed.
• Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites safely.
• Complete daily compliance tasks in DASH.
• Maintain attention to detail to ensure excellent customer service.
