Job summary

HighGround in Sarasota, FL is seeking a Lead Technician to supervise a team of technicians on restoration projects. You will oversee daily operations, enforce SOPs, ensure safety, and deliver high-quality work while maintaining a professional image.

You will document drying progress with moisture meters, coordinate with the In-Home Sales Specialist for additional services, and drive a company vehicle while complying with DASH tasks and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate technicians on restoration projects.
• Ensure safety, SOP adherence, and quality on all job sites.
• Document drying progress using moisture meters and report findings.
• Communicate with sales to identify additional services.
• Operate company vehicle and maintain compliance tasks in DASH.
