Servpro of Waco is seeking a Restoration Manager to lead active restoration projects, manage crews, and own outcomes including customer experience, work quality, and profitability. You will operate across multiple counties within the Waco area and north Texas, reporting to senior operations leadership.

The role emphasizes frontline leadership, with responsibility to scope, schedule, and deliver work while driving growth and ensuring high service standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations experience, including 1+ year in supervision.
• Cleaning/restoration/construction experience preferred.
• IICRC certifications and estimating experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer experience and relationship on projects from start to finish.
• Respond to new losses, evaluate customer needs, and scope work.
• Develop scope of work and review estimates to ensure alignment with the loss.
• Negotiate scope and pricing with customers, adjusters, and program administrators.
• Schedule crews, subcontractors, and equipment.
• Oversee crew and subcontractor quality and profitability.
• Maintain accurate job documentation; ensure proper records.
• Coach, train, and recruit restoration staff.
• Enforce safe work practices without exception.
