BELFOR Holdings Inc. is seeking an entry-level superintendent within the Project Manager path to supervise residential and light commercial work.

You will coordinate crews, review blueprints, and ensure projects stay on time and on budget while maintaining safety and quality standards. The role emphasizes BELFOR's training, field documentation, and customer-focused service, with opportunities to advance through internal tracks in fire, water, and carpentry.

Qualifications

• IICRC ASD designation for Water Damage work.
• BELFOR New Hire Coursework completed.
• Certified to operate a Hi-Lo forklift.
• 18 months as Intermediate Water Damage Specialist, Intermediate Carpentry, or related experience.
• Eligible to operate a motor vehicle per BELFOR policy.
• English language literacy and fluency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and self-perform residential and light commercial work.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee employees and subcontractors in all phases of work.
• Read and manage blueprints.
• Responsible for projects up to $150K (construction) and $50K (restoration).
• Maintain safety, quality control and customer satisfaction.
• Attend BELFOR safety training courses as required.
