Job summary

Valor Hospitality is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee shift operations, liaise with the kitchen, and drive guest satisfaction. You will supervise associates, interview, hire, train, and coach staff while ensuring quality service and adherence to policies.

Key responsibilities include promoting the restaurant, maintaining sanitation standards, managing cash and reporting, and supporting management in achieving financial goals.

Qualifications

• Two to four-year college degree or equivalent education/experience is required.
• Strong guest service mindset with leadership capabilities.
• Experience supervising restaurant staff and managing shift operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shift operations and coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service.
• Lead, train, coach, and evaluate restaurant associates; schedule and discipline as needed.
• Create and implement promotions to capture more in-house guests and local market share.
• Ensure compliance with policies, sanitation standards, and safety regulations.
• Assist with cash handling, reports, and daily administration as needed.
