Ruby Tuesday in Spring Lake, NC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead the day‑to‑day restaurant operations, train and supervise both kitchen and service teams, and deliver a high‑quality dining experience. This role reports on‑site and commands the ability to manage daily activities, staff scheduling, and guest satisfaction.

As the on‑site senior operations leader, you will drive sales, monitor costs, ensure safety and food quality, coach shifts, and uphold our CHARM Service Model.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma or High School equivalency required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Prefer 2 years of hands‑on restaurant management experience.
• ServSafe Certified preferred or able to obtain certification prior to completion of training.
• Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Manage, supervise and direct all hourly employees including with respect to their daily activities, work assignments, time off requests and unique needs.
• Lead shifts as the management representative and conduct periodic performance evaluations with coaching and corrective actions.
• Ensure food quality and safety while maintaining cleanliness and proper storage.
• Drive sales and guest satisfaction; manage food costs, inventory, and health department ratings.
• Coach and develop Front of House and Back of House staff to meet company policies and recipe standards.
