Job summary

McDonald’s restaurant seeks a General Manager to lead all restaurant operations, including food production, guest service and staff supervision. You’ll direct crew and managers, plan staffing and onboarding, and drive performance while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role emphasizes inventory and budget planning, food safety, and maintaining a high standard for guest and employee safety. A strong focus on coaching, leadership and delivering a great customer experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the experience: Manage all aspects within the restaurant, including food production, guest service and experience, and direct crew and manager work.
• Plan for success: Proactively lead and manage all People processes including but not limited to Recruiting, Hiring and Onboarding, Staffing, Performance Management, Training and motivation.
• Be in the know: Plan for and make critical business decisions around inventory, budget and food ordering/costs.
• Take action first: Ensure food safety measures are set and achieved to McDonald's standards of excellence.
• Inspire and Empower: Maintain high level of standard for guest and employee safety.
• Be results oriented: Oversee all operational needs of the restaurant, including maintenance plans to meet and exceed standards of excellence.
