Job summary

Modern Mazda of Burlington is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to respond to internet and phone inquiries and help maximize ROI on online leads. You will work with customers to schedule appointments and drive sales while maintaining the customer database in the dealership's CRM system.

You should be able to handle high-volume outbound calls, stay current on product information, and follow up immediately on new leads.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two+ years related experience or training.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of CRM tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internet and phone customer inquiries.
• Schedule appointments and sales activity per benchmark.
• Maintain an average of outbound calls per day.
• Follow up on internet leads immediately.
• Deliver messages to other departments promptly.
• Maintain customer database and follow-up through the dealership CRM.
• Enter data into required tools.
• Stay up to date on dealership products, services, and relevant laws.
• Attend product and sales training as requested.
