Job summary

Hireology in Massachusetts is seeking an energetic Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to turn conversations into customers. You will be the first impression, responding to inquiries and setting appointments while guiding prospects through the funnel with a welcoming attitude.

You will follow up with past clients, nurture new leads via text, email, and phone, and meticulously log daily activity and notes in our CRM.

Qualifications

• Natural conversationalist with positive energy on calls and messages.
• Fast typist able to navigate multiple browser tabs and CRM.
• Comfort handling objections and pursing targets with persistence.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound internet leads and phone inquiries promptly and welcomingly.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars as the primary timekeeper.
• Follow up with past clients and nurture new leads via text, email, and phone.
• Log daily activity and customer notes accurately in our CRM system.
