Responsibilities include monitoring patient progress, recommending care plan changes based on medical necessity and established protocols, and training staff while maintaining appropriate shift coverage during night hours.

Qualifications

• Computer skills such as Word (required).
• Patient care skills across neonatal to geriatric populations (required).
• PowerPoint, Excel, Visio proficiency preferred.
• Strong leadership and clinical skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline leadership and direct supervision to all staff on shift.
